Hey everyone wanted to share a technique that works well when unwanted change, negative situations or attitudes arrive  (as with life is inevitable). Next time one of these occurs I want you to Feel the Feeling which means as human beings we must allow are selves to go through the feeling whatever it may be, sadness, anger or just being afraid and then step back from it look at the situation from a different perspective and then move forward. Don’t Be the Feeling as this will cause unhealthy energy within ourselves spiritually, mentally and physically as well as also affect those around us such as loved ones,co-workers and everyone else we come in contact with. Try this every time for these situations and you’ll find that you can Kick It right back into the Higher vibration where you want to be. Cause hey being Happy and Positive is what its all about.
